I wouldn't hold out for a battlefield but who knows.

Definitely want a NFS type racing game. And no, Gear.Club doesn't count.

Hopefully GTA or RDR are coming.

apart from gta, i don't think activison or EA will make good ports for the switch. We have already seen sports games completely lacking multiplayer.
