I have a private server hosted by nitrado, someone has built a base on it and transferred in tames ect, it's huge and if I (or anyone else) get anywhere near it it freezes or dashboards us. What do I do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Probably have to wipe the server mate

Do they have any structures away from main crash site?

Maybe force join the tribe. Place a structure then delete all tribe structures

I managed to delete tribe structures following Joe's advice, there was a little hut a little way down the beach
