I have a EVGA gtx 1080 FTW edition and I play pubg, when I play I have the steam fps displayed in the bottom corner and I always get 60 FPS and I run it in ultra settings for everything. I feel like I Should get more frames with the graphics card or is that normal for such high settings?

I have a 980ti and im getting about 60-70 fps in ultra but sometimes it goes down upto 47fps.

Your monitor is 60hz and your vsync is on. Get better monitor 144hz and turn ofd vsync or buy 144hz gsync monitor

My friends 1080 runs it close to a constant 144fps on lower settings. My Vega 56 stays around 75fps @1440p, you have something wrong with your settings
