I guess the Xeon E3-1225 will be the super-budget gamer for me. Bought a compatible mobo for $35, getting a cpu for an undisclosed low price... What graphics card should I use? I was gonna either go 1050, 1050 ti, RX560, or 750 ti.

I'd say 1050 Ti if it's in your budget. But 1050 and Rx 560 are also good. Or even an RX 460.

Anything 4gb up should do fine. Careful though, the Dell power button stuff can be proprietary and kinda a pain in the ass.
