I got a question. My stupid pc won't boot up after I installed an RX 480 graphics card and I need to update my BIOS, how can I manage to do that if the bitch wont boot up?

Take the card out, boot up with integrated graphics, get bios update, then recheck your card again

Well Brandon Perez just take the lithium cell off to clear the bios and then boot using intergrated graphics.....if this dont work then grab the 24 pin atx mobo wires at move them slightly up and down.....see if this can help you cause this helped me as my pins were loosed

if im not mistaken RX cards are UEFI only compatible card and wont work on legacy BIOS

Take out cmos battery for few mins

I also like to unplug pc and start it, so there is no power. I fixed some problems that way
