Some games are better at 30fps, like SOMA, i don't know why but 30fps made it like an experience, almost like a movie

True but if I know that it is a possibility then I'll strive to run the game in the highest possible quality setting that I'm financially able to. I've honestly not been able to enjoy games as much knowing they could look better. I've also put off playing certain games until I've obtained hardware that will run said game at its max potential.

Oh and no I absolutely won't play a modern game if I can't at least get 60fps.

Nigga it’s 2018 if you cant make a game run smooth at 60fps at minimum you should not release your game idc we have the technology
