turn the tv down then you put your ipod on and plug in headphones then you place the headphones in your ears and make sure the L headphone is in your left ear , and the R headphone is in your right ear for optimal performance

options/audio/ and there are multiple options of audio leves for the engine, music of the game, voice mic, or the game as a whole in master volume
