Have to beat the adventures on mercury, then a heroic mercy adventure, then get an item that drops in public events, and then u can forge ur first gun. With some speaking to brother vance in between

Gotta complete adventures on Mercury and them do them Heroic. Then you unlock verses from brother Vance. Then a painful grind ensues, for those weapons

you wont be needing them, you can do about as much dmg without masterworked guns
