Cops rules: pull someone over for a reason like speeding, burnouts, wheelies!
runners rules: no v10 or v12 if a cop bumps or beeps the horn you stop and sit! No reckless driving!! Or you will be kicked! We are cruising around the whole map. City 40-45 mph highway80-85mph forest 30mph!
Regular rules: we will also be drag racing at the airport or the train tracks!!
We will need 3-4 cops
