Hi, I'm after some advice if possible. I've bought my son a gaming mouse and he's having issues with the mouse cursor freezing, when it freezes the scroll function r&l click still works. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers but it still persists. Any ideas?

Sounds to me like a bad sensor on the mouse, my g700s was doing this right before it's sensor broke. I'd look into another mouse unfortunately

Sounds like a razer product? If so return/exchange it
