Since it’s 4gb pieces 35-40 bucks a piece. My uncle owns a computer shop and sells em around 30-40 bucks

Unless you have 2133MHz'ers the freq. doesn't matter all that much. A rule of thumb would be 20-30 bucks for a 4GB DIMM and 40-60 bucks for a 8GB one. -10 bucks for a non-brand/OEM/value series DIMM.
