Only play your main. Never stay on the payload. Leave ur team to go 1v6. Turn off your mic. Never switch characters when getting hard countered. And you'll fit right in

Play every character so you understand what each of them can do against you.

Most importantly you need to learn the maps top to bottom.

Use voice only with groups/ teams you’ve come to know/trust.

Don’t do it in solo queue unless you want to get abused and verbally assaulted for being female, which won’t happen all the time but will eventually happen and is traumatic to most people.

Listen to voice and follow along if solo, but avoid chatting unnecessarily.
