Hey guys, trying to replace this stock 3 pin from my Hp computer, is this just a normal case fan, or pwm type? changing this for an Arctic 92mm any more airflow?

It should be fine. Even HP isn't that much of an ass about fan pinouts.

Standard voltage controlled, PWM fans are all 4 pin

Dell is worse than them for it usually.

As for the more airflow thing, I'd imagine so. These old Foxconn fans struggle to push much.
