Hey guys trying to install my GPU drivers. Went to nividia website to download software. And been stuck here for 15 mins or so. Is this normal? First time doing this. Any help would be appreciated. Also I have Samsung ssd 500gb 850

No it is not normal , just reinstall it , I don't know any other solutions

download drivers manually and not through their shitty app
