Hey guys, so ive been using my Dell XPS L701x [Call it sentimental as to why ive not upgraded in like 6 years!]
i7-Q740
12gb RAM [1333mhz]
GT-445m 3gb Graphics Card
750gb Hardrive [roughly, as ive split it into 3 partitions]
Now ive been looking at finally getting a new laptop, seems to be alot in my price range, but whats more important, ram, cpu or gpu???

Depends on workload. Is this for work / income or gaming? Or what % of each.

HP Omen are shite, don't waste your time. Get something with a M.2 NVME port that has full 4x speed.
