Hey guys i realy need some help here. It doesn't matter wich map or server i want to play on but it wont load up completely. It gets stuck while loading. Anyone know what the problem can be ?

Delete your game save data by your settings -> storage

Yep.. Delete config files in storage.. Just had to do it today myself.. Ark ftw! Lol
