Hey guys I just bought the game and my question is how to unlock online and can I play from pc with Xbox friends

Yes you can play with your friends. I own the game on my PC and i have a friend i usually play with and he plays on xb1

You got to do a couple races and what not before online is unlocked if I remember correctly
