No blocking obs
No blocking artifacts
New tribes get a 2 day grace (white flag must be placed) and must comment on status for it to be official
Raided tribes get a 1 day grace(white flag) system; raid is over once raiders have left the base they attacked. No disappearing for 30 minutes to an hour.
No complete wipes of base unless you tend to build there
