I’m asking for all of you value expert out there, i bought this card when I first build my pc. But Now I’m kinda want to change to Nvidia 1060 6gb cuz I only play 1080p games. I don’t know whether I should keep it and buy the 1060, or sell it?

No it's a bad decision if you want to change you can wait for Volta 1060 wouldn't made any difference

gtx 1070 would be a better upgrade, RX 480 is almost the same as gtx 1060 but only in dx12 games.

Unless you have a GSync monitor why would you change it to a GTX1060? Especially for 1080p gaming? The RX480 and GTX1060 goes head to head in 1080p if I'm not mistaken, and you have the chance of buying Freesync monitor as well, which is generally much cheaper than a GSync monitor
