It might be power supply related, put all the parts in pcpartpicker and check to see if it is enough, I was having that issue a while before, upgraded to a higher psu and never had issues since

Definitely sounds like your PSU is cooked. I had that happened to me once, and that's exactly what my PC would do, turn on, then shut off soon after.

Either PSU or HDD being too stressed while loading up

Normally does that if you incorrectly attempt to overclock,2nd would try scanning over the hardware inside for loose fittings

Or there could be a software crash.

i had that issue a month ago it was my hard drive that went out and had to buy new one and reinstall windows
