Hello people,
Im new to the group and I have a problem. I recently built my first pc, it runs with a ryzen 7 1700x and a evga gtx 1080 ftw. I mostly play rainbow six siege and play most of the new titles. Im yet to buy a monitor so currently playing on my tv (lol), with 1920x1080 resolution at 60hz. Because of that im unable to play at 2k or 4k. Im currently playing r6 siege at 80/ 90/ 100/ 110 FPS on ultra settings, but some of my friends who has gtx 1060's get the same framerate Or with fps slightly more than 100 with the same settings. My ram is still running at 2133mhz, I still didnt make it 3000mhz. Plus amazon sent me a used motherboard (depresseing). What could be causing this? Is it the mobo(or its pci e) ? Guys, It would really mean a looooooooot if you could find a fix for this.
additional info- psu 650w seasonic primr 80+ gold.
-the GPU temps are normal and the cpu is around 60°C right after gaming.
- the drivers are upto date.
