Has anyone with IDE mode sata drives had 100% disc usage and really bad lag after 1709 Windows 10 Update. The AHCI fix doesnt apply and seen other fixes but wanted to see if anyone else had a fix that worked for them. I updated another pc, but has SSD had an issue but uninstalling the AV solved it but this one is almost unusable. Takes like 10mins to boot up.
