Has anyone had troubles with aura sync????

I’ve tried downloading everything to do with aura from Asus website and nothing ever works. The only thing that downloaded was the aura controller for my gpu (Asus strix 1060) but never anything for my motherboard!!!!

It’s really getting on my nerves and I’ve already contacted Asus about it and they sent me a list of stuff that still hasn’t worked

Anyone else know anything!??? TIA

I cant control the aura of my mobo, only gpu appears on the software

Never had any problems on mine. The only thing it runs is the aura on mobo though. I use a hue+ for fans and strips.

Probably already been said but in your BIOS you have to enable it under the Advanced options

I got mine to work by downloading the zipped file. Next go into the properties and make sure it is set so you can use the file,some type pf security feature at the bottom. Then unzip the file and run the executable. Z370-e mobo. Hopefully this works,i had to search the asus forums for days.

Go on Asus and see if ur board is compatible There is a list there
