Why not the same for scatter?

Most Hanzos have an accuracy of sub-30% (#1 Hanzo stat wise on Overbuff has an average accuracy of 29% on Hanzo).

He definitely doesn't need a healing arrow.

I do think we need more non healers, with a healing ability, like Soldier, and Sombra.

It would be kinda cool if Widow's mine healed teammates and damaged enemies like Ana's biotic grenade... Also scatter should be removed Nice idea tho.

What if scatter arrow did 50% less damage, but there are 50% more scatters but they're spread out a little bit more, so one shot scatters to the feet won't be a thing but it'll be hella deadly if they're caught in small rooms.
