Guys I'm looking to buy a new monitor. I'm on a budget as well. Anyone know if this is a good monitor to run with my gtx1070? Or if there's a better monitor that I can get. Any advice will be helpful thanks.

1440p 144hz with g-sync for a great price. Although a 1070 won't do many games at 100+ FPS maxed out at that res it's nice to have for the future with new GPU.
