guys i really need your help. so ive ordered something on amazon and they delivered to the wrong address. ive checked my address many times before ordering so it's a completely different address. what should i do?

now amazon is telling me that i used freight forwarder as shipping and asking me tfor the address. what the fuck is freight forwarder

update: they replaced it for me!

I had a package lost from Amazon delivered to another address. They like to use that "lasership" service to deliver. They are horrible. It felt like to me Amazon made it out to be like it was my fault. They did replace my item. But it was fairly cheap. If it was something more expensive maybe not. Ordering from them is like playing russian roulette.
