Guys i have started loosing chars in server transfers today. What can i do about it? Wjat can be causing it? Did a new cluster code nut its still happening

Having the same issue but I've just told people to crate a character for each server on the cluster

Have you had it long? Or is it something with the last uppdate?

No never had a problem until update so it's got to be the update
