Guys can i just ask something..
Mu build is:
I5 7600
Gtx 1060 3G
16G ddr4 2400

But my monitor is just my oldie one, and my resolution is only 1400x900..

Is there a problem with my monitor? Or it's just fine? I still wasn't able to figure what monitor to choose..

GTX 1060 won't achieve anything past 1080p, so you are fine. Could upgrade to an ultrawide or just stay where you are and play everything on high/max

I would say enjoy what u have rather than upgrade to a 1080p /1440p I feel that card does best at 900p .

For now, i can play all games at max settings.. I am thinking of upgrading to asus 23inches led, or asus 144hz..
