Not with that card, you need rx480 or better 8gb models.

im using an i5 2500k with a r9 290 and it serves me well i play medium on most newers games @ 1440p sitting on 60 nicely, the 290 is still a semi relevant card in my opinion.

I'd get FX 8350/8370 over that 220w FX 9590. The performance difference is negligible

That 9590 is a space heater on its own. I've had two. It'd be better to get an Intel I series or AMD Ryzen CPU.
