EDIT: Problem now solved after taking it back to the store.
The store tried testing it out and it worked for them. It must have been a problem with the GPU or the PSU as it was only thing that was different. They updated the bios for me to the latest version and it now works like a charm.

Leaving it here in case anyone has the same problem.

Got a problem with my upgrade. Not sure what it is I get an error code 0d on my x370 xpower gaming titanium motherboard.

I tried re-plugging GPU, ram and all connectors.

Removed any unnecessary connectors like usb, power switch fan etc.

Cleared CMOS

Moved GPU to different slot

CPU is seated correctly

Tried running without GPU -error d6 output not found (as expected)

Tried running without ram -0e microcode not found (as expected)

Tried running single stick of ram -0d (again)

Tried moving ran to different slots than recommended in manual -0e

I bought it as an upgrade together with an
ryzen 7 1700x
2x4gb crucial ballistix sport Lt 2666 memory

Parts I already owned that are known to be working:
GPU gtx 980ti windforce
PSU Corsair tx650

Had d0 too twice.
First time dead cpu. Second time was not enough voltage on dram. disable xmp switch if you have one and clear cmos ( not via button but take battery out). I could get to bios then and increase voltage of dram to 1.35v. Then it worked

Ok so after taking it back to the store the store tried testing out and it worked for them. It must have been a problem with the GPU or the PSU as it was only thing that was different. They updated the bios for me to the latest version and it now works like a charm.
