does anyone use a program to cut out certain processes from continually opening, my cpu load is always high and constantly have to shut down processes on every boot. also does anyone have a recommended list of programs to install for monitoring and different useful utilities?

I use the basic one in the task manager in the "startup" tab, I disable all nonessential programs and ones that have "high" impact. I would run Malwarebytes to be safe I sound a coinminer on my PC all i do is visit basic sites, don't use utorrent or anything. Don't know how I got it but it caused high CPU usage.

found the issue. must of had a bug went through my installed programs to clean it up a bit and found a program installed called "system processes" uninstalled that then CPU load completely dropped to 10% load rather then 80%+
