Does anyone know what the default refresh rate is for games where you can't change it in game like PUBG? Just curious if those games are defaulted at 60hz or is it whatever the monitor is set at?

I think it's the monitor refresh rate that is the stock settings, not sure.

Yeah i think 60hz.if u go over 60 fps tearing and stutter occurs so u should know by that.To make sure it's max refresh rate go to nv controll panel,then 3d settings select pubg and then check preffered refresh rate and set it to highest avalible.

I've only ever seen refresh rate settings in the OS or a monitor itself. But, as I say. That is my experience.

Refreash rate is between monitor and gpu. Not game, you can lock vsync on which will lock the fps to the refreash rate of you monitor but i wouldnt do it in fps games as it creates input lag.

Pubg caps at 144 i believe but you can change it with codeing in steam. Or maybe you could change it to 144hz. I dont remember honestly lol
