Careful not to reveal any spoilers about the festival or anything. But yeah you can reactivate it. Google it and you'll find out the NPC you have to speak to to make it repeat :)

Go inside the room where Pauline and the band mates where prior to the festival and there should be a guy there you can talk to if you wanna redo it
