Did anyone notice the OB timer now that makes you wait 30 minutes to transfer your gear or anything else didn't know if this was part of the new update or a mistake

I don't really use the OBs as a solo player, but wouldn't a 2 minute timer have sufficed to stop duping?

How's the timer work? So you put in your items and you can't transfer them out for 30 minutes?

Most dupers dont upload items in ob to dupe...they load a character with items and he transfers to another server and drops his inventory then transfers back and all items are back in his inventory and on the drop server....how have they fixed this?
