I've used a PS4 and Xbox One and I can confidently say that the PS4 download speeds are significantly slower than the Xbox Ones on both WiFi and Ethernet

Ps4 and xb1 are both slow. Microsoft and sony cap your speeds

Every patch will be about the same size. Every file need to be altered because of the way they stored data.
