Use DifferentSLIAuto, thats how I got my Fx1700s running inSLI through pcie. Yeah it supporta different cards in SLI, see it and try. You don't need a SLI bridge

b350 motherboards lack sli/crossfire support, and i don't think you'll have the pcie lanes to run the 1070ti at x16 as long as you have that 1050ti in there, so you may actually lose performance.
