Bottom left of map, in the desert islands, these streams through the islands with loads of sea weed I guess, plenty there. Best place I have found

angler fish and hit the caves under castles easy pearls for days

if you're looking at blue facing the beach go east down the beach past the rocks that almost touch. There's a rocky area with TONS of pearls in the water if you keep following the beach. Should help
