It doesn't need to be imprinted to you just make sure you have good Rex's

A full imprint gives you an extra 20% on the dinos stats and an extra 30% attack and defence when you're riding it.. so yeah, def worth it!!!

Yes. Probably most important if you are going to be using it...and even if you aren't. Each imprint raises it's stats and if you ride it you get a stat buff or whatever it would be called

Guys I think you missed half his question. Does it effect breeding? Obviously it effects the end product he takes to the boss fight but he's asking if the parents being imprinted makes a difference to the offspring.
