Wildcard devs announced awhile back that s+ is in the works for console It is not been scrapped ether despite the lack of information, it is just still being worked on for console

They also released a video awhile back to introduce there "sponsored mod program" which will eventually make its way to both consoles. But ofcourse with very long wait times, as wildcard pays the people who created the mods, it's the designers task to finish it and rework it, not wildcards. (for example, ragnarok is a sponsered mod)

S+ will probably be awhile. The mod itself works with and supports other mods so they can't just chuck it up as is. They'd have to sort through and remove parts used for other mods before we ever see it. Wish it would hurry up though...
