no but their is a white flag rule ... if you have flags your pve no flags your pvp

but if you raid while having flags your pvp cna you cant be raided with the flags if so the admins will step in and defend/get your stuff back

This is a PvPvE Server situated on Ragnarok
All Rates and Settings are subject to change if necessary (Though we will give warning, and would like to avoid changes). In case of server wipe, Admins will offer a large boost to all settings for a week to rebuild.
Rates: XP Base 3X (Generic, Harvest, Craft Special 1.5
Kill 2.0) providing an average of 5-6X XP.
Player Stats: 2X Wild Dino Stats: 1.5X
Tamed Dino Stats: 3X at Tamed (2X per level)
Breeding/Egg Laying: 0.8 Hatching/Maturation:10
Taming:6X Harvest:3.5X
About the Server
This server is intended to be more challenging than other dedicated servers, slightly boosted than official servers faster and survival is more difficult. Wild dinos are harder, stronger and faster with difficulty set to maximum.
This server is for those who like a challenge but want to make it to the end game without having to put 80hrs a week on official. The server is also intended to be fun, friendly and enjoyable for everyone who plays on it.
The Admins
Admins start at level 1 and are grinding away levels along with the rest of the tribes.
Spawning will be used for event, community areas, special projects and/or as needed by admins to ensure smooth server operation. Admins are currently PvE and will only PvP as part of events as required.
The Admin Team consists of:
IGN Chaos: GT Bionic Chaos82 (UK Admin, God of Trickery and Deception)
IGN Claire: GT Blueeyestiger88 (UK Admin, Goddess of Benevolence)
IGN Soldrin: GT Ez0 Soldrin (US Admin, Lord of the Pantheon, Wielder of the +5 Banhammer of Righteousness)
Rules
Tribes are limited to 6 Members each. Period. No Exceptions
Both PvE and PvP tribes are limited to one base.
PvP and PvE players may choose to switch from one side to the other, provided they relinquish all of their base and items and create a new character. There will be no exceptions.
All Players are required to have a tribe, even solo. Each tribe name must be unique and must have the attached PvP or PvE designation.
PvP
PvP Tribes are allowed white flag rule for two weeks from the day of starting after which you become PvP. So use your time wisely. Admin will notify you when your time on white flag ends.
Any tribe that is raided will be allowed 1 week of reprieve from any raids after in order to rebuild.
IF THE RAIDED TRIBE DECIDES TO RAID WHILST ON REPRIEVE THEN ADMIN WILL ASSUME REBUILD COMPLETION AND THE REMAINING BUILD TIME WILL BE CANCELLED.
PvE
The designated PvE Zone will be determined by Claire the day of starting. (To be Updated). PvP players may pass through PvE zone but are subject to PvE rules and cannot fault PvE tribes for loss of Dinos from base defense.
Wild Fair Game
Although everything in the wild is determined to be fair game, PvE tribes can only defend themselves if under attack under no condition are you to attack first.
Taming is a PvE Action and all tribes both PvE and PvP are considered protected during taming.
Under no circumstances are PvP tribes to attack PvE tribes unless they happen to stray into a PvP vs PvP tribe.
Base Defences
Both PvE and PvP Tribes have the right to keep their bases secure therefore it is advisable to build walls/gates around your base and turrets/plant species inside your walls.
All tribes are permitted the use of turrets within the walls of their base. PvP may use high range, PvE medium range.
PvE tribes are reminded to be mindful of your neighbors and keep turrets on medium range to ensure other PvE tribes safety.
Off Limit Areas
The following areas are off limits for both base building and blocking every tribe has the chance to get resources, artifacts and boss battles.
1. Wyvern nests area.
2. The Obelisks (Red, Green and Blue Obs)
3. Caves are open for building (However if you block an artifact, then you must move to allow access.)
Raiding
Offline Raid Protection (ORP) is disabled to allow alliances. However, if we have issues with following raiding rules listed below then it will be re-enabled.
Raids will be scheduled atleast 1 day prior to raid time by posting on FB. This is to allow defenders the opportunity to be on to defend. Any allies participating must also announce participation on the raid post, prior to raid start time.
While raiding, the attackers base is safe from raids from all others on the server, minus the defenders. Defenders are given a 1 week rebuild period following the raid.
RULE BREAKING PENALTIES
There will be no warning system on this server. The admins are the judge and jury. We will punish and/or ban as we see fit to maintain the stability of the server for everyone to enjoy. This is your WARNING.
BULLYING, UNSPORTING BEHAVIOUR
Everyone is encouraged to have fun and enjoy this server at their own pace. We do expect maturity from our players.
While we do understand that some trash talking will occur between tribes. We ask that everyone be aware that there is a fine line between some fun, and unsporting behavior. Maintain yourselves accordingly.
