Same here would like to get back into it when I get WiFi again moved and don't have it so single player with official stats is what I need

No stats are at 1x. The myth of 2x come from xp, taming and breeding times having there speed upgraded to 2x permanently.

It's hard to say "all" or "everything", but pretty much all stats are 1.0. The nitrado settings are difficult to understand, and we are all working together to get them figured out. What specific settings are you curious about?
