Sounds like there is something wrong with your blizz launcher rather than your games.

That would be my first step just uninstall the launcher and reinstall and see if it helps.

Run some test. Run disc check error. Also, ram faulty stick causes all kinds of BS. memtest might help as well. Narrow it down. Run a stress test on your video card as well.
