Xbox One Anyone have any other pointers as to why I have such a hard time joining someone...

Anyone have any other pointers as to why I have such a hard time joining someone else's dedicated server? It works most of the time but when it doesn't, it gives me "message join failed" in a blue box. I have AT&T fiber. I have tried both wired and wireless, I have hard reset the Xbox several times, I have reset my modem twice, I go onffline until I have OPEN NAT.... I am at a loss. Anyone else ever experience this?! I know it is on my end and not the server because my friend gets in Every time no problem. When I hit join game on the GT, it loads "Primal Game Data BP" very slowly twice and then the blue box pops up. Any suggestions?? TIA

Best ad ice that works for me (havent had the error in months unless my NAT closed up) load ark, sit at the menu for 10-30 second, then join through the host gamertag.
