specific to how many fans, the cooler you have and basically every part in your build, just do it yourself to how cool you want the computer, i just put mine on 100% cause i wear headphones

Just play with the curve and watch your Temps. This is specific to your cooling setup. Just use trial and error, quiet as you can get while still being cool. Not everyone will hold your hand and give you definite answers all the time.
