Better aim and prediction is my best advice. If you don't pop those heads ure kinda useless...

Get the high ground (no pun intended), lead your shots, place your traps in the expected path of an enemy, when the evemy is not in front of y'all or they're scattered, pop your ult to give your team the situational awareness. Don't directly engage if you don't have to. Your job is to pick people off. Let your team do the rest.
