Afternoon all. I'm after a little bit of advice! This message comes up every time I attempt to launch Ark on steam wether I'm attempting to join a server or not. It started after downloading the latest windows update. Which I have since removed and it hasn't made a difference. I have also tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I've done the same with steam itself and I've also tried launching steam via administrator but still no luck. My next step is to install the game on my ssd rather than my hdd to see what happens.
Any help/advice would be very much appreciated.

Have you tried launching the game as admin from the steamapps/common/ARK folder?

Update your drivers, restard your PC. or make steam do a verification of the files to repair it. or re-install the game entirely.
