depends on the game,don't expect it on Ubisoft games though

Probably have better luck with a 1070. Might have to shave a few settings.

Probably not, better off with a 1070 for it others stick with 1080p

Sorry no BF1 @75hz 1440p Ultra on GTX 1060 // Not even 60hz. You need to play on DX11 & lower down some settings to achieve consistent 60fps, 1060 6GB OC will not give you 60fps 1440p on DX12. (I tried hard but it just can't do that). Better go with a 1070 atleast, although I'll recommend 1080 if you like max settings. :)

I have a 7th gen i5 and a 1060 and I run COD WWII @70-120FPS at 1080p. I don't think you could run games like COD and BF at 75fps at 1440p.

1060 is more of a 1080p high settings card

Most games can run 1440p on a 1060 perfectly fine.

But it will be right around 60fps unless you go below high settings
