2. are there any previews of it?

3. is it a whole new quest/story or mere additional side quests.

No set date yet. Reggie said in an interview recently that when the champion amiibo come out(November 10th I think) they’ll have more info about next BoTW dlc, but said it’s still supposed to come out this year.
