950w power supply for an i5 and a GT 640? lol. I'd say I suspect the 640 is a placeholder card, but a 720p monitor... it may not be... But I'd say since 8GB of RAM is $100 now on its own (even DDR3 isn't far behind), if this were CAD, I'd be jumping on it personally
