I looked into it and they want you to use a 600-650 watt PSU. Depending on other factors, you might need more power. I would suggest getting an upgrade on your current PSU but in theory, you should be okay unless you have a lot of peripherals or extra equipment that draws juice.

It ll be more than okay assuming it has 450w of power
295w Max peak power draw for most 1080ti and generally most I7 Max out 115w if u r running a crazy OC on the I7 that is and most of your fans will sip 4-6w at Max load hdd also somewhat same . All should be good .
Go for it .

Edit: just read it's locked and u can't OC will run like a charm most I7 (locked ) don't sip more than 75w under load .
You are good to go

I only have a 750w for my rig Have I7 5820K chip two EVGA 980Ti pluss fans and pump.

I'd personally go with a 750w just for a bit more legroom for future changes. Maybe even an 850w
